Fairhaven Memorial Services has a reputation for providing assistance and service from our caring, professional staff. Our services do not end at the time of death or after the interment. We are committed to providing information and support that will be helpful to the bereaved family before, during, and after the funeral.
We see so many people come to visit their loved ones at Fairhaven Memorial Park and recognized the need for a grief support group. With the aid of a minister from Odyssey Hospice, Reverend Gary Tucker, Fairhaven holds a grief support group once a month. Whether you have been served by Fairhaven or not, we welcome you to join us. The meetings are typically held on the second Thursday of the month at 2:00 pm in the afternoon at Fairhaven Memorial Park.
We encourage people to attend more than one grief support group, so we have a list of other groups for you. Many of our grief support participants attend years after the death of their loved ones, recognizing the need for support and for assisting others who are beginning the grieving process.
